IncThe GS321A-TR is a Low Power OpAmp in a SOT23-5 package manufactured by Gainsil Inc. It is a high performance, small-footprint, low-power operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output ratings. It has a low offset-voltage of 3mV and an offset-voltage drift of 9.6µV/°C. It also features a low input bias current of 0.7 pA and a high slew rate of 0.5V/µs. It supports a voltage range from a minimum of 2.7V to a maximum of 6V and its supply current is a maximum of 2.8mA. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for applications such as attenuators, filters, sample and hold circuits and signal conditioning.
