The GS431-TR with SOT-23 Voltage References ROHS is a monolithic CMOS low-dropout voltage reference designed to provide stable and accurate 2.5V to 5.5V reference output voltage for a variety of applications. This device features internal linearity and temperature stability of 0.03%/°C and low-noise operation at 1ppm/V. The device also features short circuit protection and is RoHS compliant. It is suitable for manufacturing portable systems, computing systems, and instrumentations.
