GPS2BHAM (GE’s Global Production, Supply and Services 2 Sector BHAM) is a program developed by General Electric to standardize, streamline and modernize its production, supply and service sector operating procedures and operations management policies in BHAM region. This program and the developed policies integrate the operations of the various departments within the sector, including materials and production, supply chain, engineering and environment, and others. The purpose of GPS2BHAM is to reduce confusion and waste and allow for more efficient management of all resources and operations within the sector. It also helps to ensure compliance with global standards, improve customer service, and reduce costs. GPS2BHAM includes a number of features, such as quality assurance and tracking, inventory management, supply chain management, network optimization and benchmarking, and strategic planning.
