The GeneSiC Semiconductor GC20MPS12-220 is a SiC Merged PiN Schottky (MPS) diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 1200V and a forward current rating of 20A. This diode is a two lead device with a 2-pin TO-220-2 package. It adopts SiC Schottky technology and provides low forward voltage drop and reverse recovery characteristics. The device is constructed from a SiC substrate and includes an integrated termination to keep post-voltage stress low, making it suitable for high frequency converter and motor drive applications.
