The GD32F103VET6 is a high-performance ARM Cortex M3 microcontroller manufactured by Gigadevice. It is designed with an ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, operating frequency up to 72 MHz, built-in Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC) for all interrupt sources, and supports both queue and buffer processing modes. The device features a high-speed embedded Flash Memory with built-in Flash Program/ Erase Controller, a peripherals bus, up to 7 Timers, up to 5 Serial Peripheral Interfaces, up to 3 IOs and 2 I2Cs. The device is also equipped with an LCD-TFT Controller (LTDC) and Chrom-ART Accelerator (DMA2D). It comes in a LQFP100 package, with a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
