The SST37VF040-70-3C-NHE is a 4Mbit parallel Flash memory device manufactured by Greenliant. It is a 70ns device with a 3.3V supply voltage. It has a standard 2.7V-3.6V single supply voltage and is also RoHS compliant. The device offers a wide range of access times: 90ns, 80ns, 75ns, 70ns, 65ns and 60ns. The device is compatible with industry standard processes and has replacement pinouts for earlier Flash devices.
