02. PushPull Conne Ctors A distributed automation system does not contain any central automated control cabinets. Controls, sensors and actuators are designed for a high degree of protection (IP 65 / IP 67) and are installed directly in the field. In connection with these innovative installation concepts with distributed devices, users are demanding a standard connector family that is compatible with all interfaces. In response to these needs, the HARTING PushPull series has set the respective new appliance connection standard. PushPull technology is available for data, signal and power applications.
