OSYSThe HE2240A33HMR with SOT23-3 Linear Voltage Regulator (LDO) RoHS manufactured by HEERMicrosys is an ultra-low-noise, three-terminal adjustable regulator designed to deliver a constant output voltage with very low output voltage noise, making it ideal for powering critical ICs in noise sensitive circuits. The HE2240A33HMR supports output currents up to 150mA and the adjustable voltage range is from 1.2V to 37V. This regulator also features low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and temperature protect circuitry.
