The HX6203P302MR is a surface mount device with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-23-3 RoHS manufactured by hengjiaxing. It is a three-terminal positive linear voltage regulator. This device is rated for a 3.0V output voltage and a maximum output current of 200mA. It features low quiescent current, fast response time, and type-2 low-noise operation.
