The HX7530 Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-89 RoHS is a voltage stabilization device manufactured by Hengjiaxing. It features low power consumption and stable output voltage. The device is composed of nine transistors, voltage regulator, current limit circuit and low noise output. It has an output voltage range of 2.8V to 25V and a quiescent current of 20µA. Its maximum output current is 500mA and its line regulation is 0.3%. The SOT-89 RoHS package is ideal for applications that require thermal and moisture protection, as well as low power consumption. It is suitable for use in a variety of electronic circuits, such as portable devices, automotive electronics, and consumer electronics. It is RoHS compliant and approved for use in many countries.
