The HX7344 Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) SOT-89 RoHS is a feature-rich, low-cost, single layer SMD switching regulator designed and manufactured by Hengjiaxing. It is ideal for applications requiring extreme precision and low power consumption.This device integrates a low pass filter, an integrated current limit function, a PWM signal generator, a logic output, and over-voltage protection. It is capable of supplying precise output voltage up to 30V with excellent temperature stability and small external component count. The unit comes in an SOT-89 package with a RoHS compliant. Its small size and thermal characteristics make it a good choice for battery-powered systems where efficiency and low heat dissipation are required.
