Additional Infomation About Product

The K7803-500 with Power Modules Linear Regulator Replacement 1 4.75V 28V 90% (Max) Through Hole RoHS is a regulated power module designed for open-loop switching applications and is manufactured by HENIPER. It features an automatic reset adjustment, under voltage lockout capability and an over temperature shutoff protection. This linear regulator also offers an operating temperature range of up to +125°C and a ripple rejection ratio of up to 80dB. It can maintain a voltage output range from 4.75V to 28V and can provide up to 90% efficiency. The K7803-500 is RoHS compliant and contains a TO-263-5 through-hole package.
