HICHIPS X11T TO252-4 LED Drivers ROHS is a 4-channel HVLED driver IC. It has two sets of two channels, where each channel consists of a high-voltage switch and an LED driver. The device is designed to drive power LED in series with a forward voltage across the LED of up to 34V and a forward current of up to 90mA. The device features over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, and short-circuit protection. It also has a built-in low-side current sensor to detect and limit the LED current. It is RoHS-compliant and comes in the TO252-4 package.
