Hirschmann ELST 3008V is an Industrial Ethernet switch designed to provide high-performance Ethernet switching and routing between industrial networks. It can be deployed in harsh environments, including process control networks, industrial Ethernet networks and WLANs. Based on Hirschmann's EXCLUSIVE Ring Technology, the ELST 3008V provides fast network redundancy with recovery times of less than 20 ms, while minimizing cable lengths and total cost of ownership. It also offers secure access control and robust services such as quality of service, IGMP/MLD snooping, and extensive diagnostic capabilities. Network communication is established by four 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports and two 100/1000 MbpsSFP ports which can be used for extended reach over fibre for both fast and long-reach distances. The Hirschmann ELST 3008V is a cost-effective, reliable and secure Industrial Ethernet switch that is easy to install and configure, making it ideal for mission-critical applications in harsh industrial environments.
