The Holtek BS83B16C is a 2KB 512Byte FLASH 22 RISC SSOP-24-150mil Microcontroller Unit (MCU/MPU/SOC) integrated circuit, compliant with the RoHS standards. It provides an optimized architecture optimized for maximum device cost efficiency, enabling high performance at a low power consumption level. The BS83B16C features up to 22 instructions and is built with an industrial grade 8051 core. It is integrated with various peripheral functions, such as UART, CAN, SPI, and I2C.
