The HT1380 with Clock/Timing-Application Specific DIP-8 RoHS is a clock/timing device manufactured by Holtek. It is a DIP-8 (dual in-line package) package with 8 pins. It is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant and has a wide operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C. It is an oscillator with integrated phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer designed for timing and clock applications, such as PC/AT chip sets, hard disk controllers, bus bridges, and digital audio. It provides a center frequency of 12.288 MHz ±50ppm. It has an integrated clock generator and a two-stage PLL (phase-locked loop) that can be used to synthesize different frequencies. It is able to generate frequencies as high as 130 MHz (+/_20ppm). Its low jitter and adjustable pulse width make it suitable for clock/timing applications.
