The HT45F0060 is an 8-pin, 150 mil SOP-8 RoHS-compliant integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Holtek. It is an 8-bit microcontroller with a built-in flash program memory and built-in peripherals that specified for various automotive and consumer applications. It has an 8-pin 150 mil SOP-8 package which is the smallest IC package available. The device has an operating voltage of 2.7 – 5.5 V, and a temperature range from -40 to +85 °C. It supports a variety of architectures and functions like analog capture, pulse width modulation (PWM), clock output, Watch Dog Timer (WDT), motor control, and EEPROM. It comes with an extensive set of on-chip peripheral functions that are suitable for automotive applications, consumer appliance and other low power requirement. The device has a low power consumption ideal for battery operated systems due to the enhanced low power process integration.
