The HT7136-1 with Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) TO-92 (TO-92-3) RoHS is a 3-pin surface mount device manufactured by Holtek. This LDO provides a stable output voltage, over-current protection, low ground current, a wide adjustment range, low dropout voltage, very low quiescent current, low temperature coefficient, fast transient response and tight line/load regulation. It is specifically designed to handle uni-directional and bidirectional currents in auto-load applications.
