The HT7530-7 is a low dropout regulator, or LDO, manufactured by Holtek and available in the SOT-89 package. It is RoHS compliant, meaning that it is free of hazardous materials, and it is designed to provide an efficient, cost-effective solution to regulating voltages. With a low quiescent current of 30 mA, it is able to maintain a stable output voltage while operating in a wide input voltage range such as from 2.5 V to 8 V. It also features a fast transient response time of less than 1µs, enabling fast switching between two different applications.
