The Holtek HT7938A LED Driver SOT23-6 RoHS is a monolithic power integrated circuit designed to drive up to two LEDs in series with an output current range of 20mA to 40mA. It provides constant current output at a fraction of the cost and size of conventional constant current LED drivers. The device features a built-in over-temperature protection circuit, under-voltage lockout and current limiting. It is an ultra-low power device, requiring only a single supply voltage to operate. The HT7938A is designed to meet or exceed diversified standards, such as JEDEC, AEC-Q100 and RoHS, with excellent electrical performance and tight tolerance.
