The Holtek HT7K1201 with Motor Drivers SOT-23-6 RoHS is an advanced, low-power, integrated motor driver, providing up to 2 ball-bearing DC motor outputs and 6 half-bridge outputs. It supports variable speed control, direction control and braking to most small motors such as CD-ROM, floppy and stepping motors. It is fabricated in a RoHS-compliant SOT-23-6 package.The device includes a dedicated PWM generator, current limit and various protections. It also features two adjustable speed references from external inputs and a constant speed regulator to maintain speed despite changing load conditions.
