The BAT54W is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) manufactured by Hottech in a SOD-123 package and is RoHS compliant. It is designed to provide low forward voltage drop and conduction loss in applications that require high switching speed and low power dissipation. It is ideal for reverse polarity protection, rectification, low-noise and low-power applications, suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and signal filtering. Features of the BAT54W include an maximum average forward forward current of 200mA at an ambient temperature of 25°C, a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V, and a maximum reverse current of 0.02mA at 25°C.
