The LP2954-5.0 is a Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) made by HTC Korea. It is a 3-Lead TO-92 RoHS package and is capable of delivering up to 0.5A of current. This device is used to supply clean, low noise voltage to analog and digital circuits in a variety of electronic systems. The LP2954-5.0 has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and its low dropout voltage is typically only one Volt.
