The HT317ARDZ with SOT-223 Linear Voltage Regulators (LDO) ROHS is a low dropout voltage (LDO) voltage regulator manufactured by HTCSEMI. It is a low-cost, space-saving design that features a low operating current of just 0.25 mA and a maximum output current of up to 500 mA. The maximum output voltage it can provide is 3.3V. It has a wide operational temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, enabling the device to be used in a large variety of different applications. It also conforms to the ROHS environmental standard and is designed to be compatible with a range of popular boards, including both the Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms. The low dropout voltage and low quiescent current make it ideal for applications where power consumption is a key concern. It also features both thermal and over-current protections, making it a reliable and safe choice for a variety of applications.
