The HT431CRZ with SOP-8 Voltage Reference ROHS is a voltage reference manufactured by HTCSEMI. It is a small and low-cost linear-type voltage reference in a SOP-8 surface mount package. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is designed to provide a very stable reference voltage of 4.31V over a wide range of operating conditions. The output voltage is accurate within ±10 mV over the specified temperature range. It has a low output impedance of about 35O and a high stability of 0.2 %/°C. The HT431CRZ is ideal for use in power supplies, transducers, data acquisition systems, and other applications that require a precise and reliable reference voltage.
