The HT62783ANZ DIP18 Darlington Transistor Array ROHS IC is a 18-pin integrated circuit manufactured by HTCSEMI. It is designed specifically for interfacing between high voltage analog devices and other signal level equipment. The device features eight independent, NPN bipolar transistors, each with an associated emitter follower transistors array for increased current gain.
