The HTCSEMI HT8089ARTZ is a series of SOT-23-5 DC-DC Converters. It is a low dropout, wide input voltage range, high efficiency step-down converter that can output up to 1.3A. This device is specifically optimized for automotive applications and is ROHS compliant. It integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, an internal compensation network, and other protection features such as soft start, current limit, and thermal shutdown.
