The HT8827ARMZ with MSOP-10 Motor Driver ICs ROHS manufactured by HTCSEMI is a high-efficiency motor driver integrated circuit designed to support a variety of brushed DC motors. The device is equipped with a low Side MOSFET driver and a high-side MOSFET driver to protect the device itself and provide the most efficient operation for the motor. It has a very low stand-by current consumption and a wide input voltage range. In addition, it offers unique features such as integrated overcurrent protection, temperature protection, over-voltage protection, and auto restart functions. This motor driver IC is suitable for a variety of applications in motor control applications, such as robot architectures, industrial applications and 3-phase brushless DC motors. It is RoHS compliant and is able to operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +125°C.
