The CM1003-BLD with DFN(1.9x1.6) is a Battery Management IC manufactured by iCM. It is a RoHS compliant, low-power integrated circuit designed for battery management for Li-ion batteries. It provides a wide range of features including overvoltage, overdischarge, and thermal monitoring, as well as accurate, integrated battery life count. The IC also features a pre-programmed limit on maximum charge and discharge current, adjustable charge and discharge cutoffs, and complete protections against short-circuits, over-charge and over-discharge. It is designed to manage a single series cell battery with up to 4.2 V maximum voltage and a maximum of 8Ah, and is designed to work with an external NTC battery thermistor.
