The CM1020-C with SOT-23-6 Battery Management IC is a low dropout voltage linear regulator with an adjustable output voltage, RoHS compliant, manufactured by iCM. It is designed for lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs, featuring low quiescent current and reverse current protection. It provides over-voltage, over-temperature, reverse battery polarity, short-circuit, and over-current protection while providing a low dropout voltage of 370mV. This IC enables ultra-low power consumption during standby and improves the safety of the battery packs. It features advanced propriety algorithms for maximum battery performance, a die size of only 1.6 mm2, and a maximal power efficiency of up to 95%.
