OSCM1033-GS with SOP-8 Battery Management ICs ROHS, manufactured by iCMOS, is an integrated circuit designed for the management and protection of single-cell Li-Ion and Li-Polymer batteries. This IC is designed to provide a complete charging solution for Li-Ion and Li-Polymer batteries, while monitoring temperature, voltage, current, and safety status. It features intelligent Li-Ion/Li-Polymer charging, a high charge current of 1.5A, and high accuracy monitoring of voltage and temperature of the battery cells.
