The CM1104-EH with DFN2.43x3.4-4L Battery Management ICs ROHS is a charge management IC designed to provide charging, protection and reporting capabilities for single-cell lithium-ion (Li-ion) and lithium-polymer (Li-poly) batteries. It has an input voltage rating of 2V to 4.5V and an output voltage rating of 4.2V (3.0V to 4.3V, adjustable). This device also features over voltage, over load, over temperature and under voltage protection and is compliant to RoHS standards. With its integrated low-side MOSFET, the CM1104-EH is ideal for applications such as mobile, laptop, tablet, wearable, consumer and industrial. The CM1104-EH includes an integrated linear regulator, dynamic voltage and current monitoring as well as three programmable power profiles. This device is also designed to provide safety features such as soft-start current limiting and thermal shutdown.
