Additional Infomation About Product

The BCR401U is an infrared (IR) emitting diode from the OptoMOS family of products from Infineon Technologies. The BCR401U is a high-speed device with a wide range of operating conditions and a low power consumption. It features an 883nm emission wavelength and a 2.2V operating voltage, as well as a 10KB max pulse. It is rated for up to 50mA of continuous current, and a melting temperature of 250 degrees C. This makes it ideal for applications such as general remote control and LED lighting, or as a pulse generating source.
