ICE5xSAG Fixed Frequency PWM Controller - in DSO-8 Package Product highlights Enhanced Active Burst Mode with selectable entry and exit standby power to reach the lowest standby power <100 mW Digital frequency reduction for better overall system efficiency PG-DSO-8 Fast startup achieved with cascode configuration Frequency jitter and soft gate driving for low EMI Integrated error amplifier Comprehensive protection with input line over voltage protection Pb-free lead plating, halogen-free mold compound, RoHS compliant Features Product validation Enhanced Active Burst Mode with selectable entry Fully qualified according to JEDEC for Industrial and exit standby power Applications Digital frequency reduction for better overall system efficiency Description Fast startup achieved with cascode configuration th The ICE5xSAG is the 5 generation of fixed frequency DCM and CCM operation with slope compensation PWM controller optimized for off-line switch mode Frequency jitter and soft gate driving for low EMI power supply in cascode configuration. The cascode Built-in digital soft start configuration helps achieve fast startup. The Integrated error amplifier to support direct frequency reduction with soft gate driving and feedback in non-isolated flyback frequency jitter operation offers lower EMI and better efficiency between light load and 50% load. The Comprehensive protection with input line over selectable entry and exit standby power ABM enables voltage protection, V over voltage, V under CC CC flexibility and ultra-low power consumption at voltage, overload/open loop, over temperature standby mode with small and controllable output All protections are in auto restart mode voltage ripple. The product has a wide operating Limited charging current for V short to GND CC range (10.0 ~ 25.5 V) of IC power supply and lower power consumption. The numerous protection functions with adjustable line over voltage protection Applications support the power supply system in failure situations. Auxiliary power supply for home appliances/white th All these make the 5 generation ICE5xSAG series an goods, TV, PC & server outstanding PWM controller for fixed frequency Blu-ray player, set-top box & LCD/LED monitor flyback converter in the market.
