The Infineon IR2104PBF is an advanced high voltage, high speed gate driver IC, specifically designed to drive large current, N-channel IGBTs or power MOSFETs. The device features an advanced driving architecture that provides fast rise and fall times, high dV/dt immunity and a logic level input for direct interfacing to TTL or CMOS logic circuits. The IR2104PBF also provides a separate logic input for fast, active clamping of the IGBT or power MOSFET gate voltage. The device is designed to be used in motor control systems, server power supplies, switching power supplies, inverters, welding systems and UPS systems.
