The INJOINIC IP2325_5M is a Battery Management Integrated Circuit (BIC) with SOP-8-EP packaging and RoHS compliance. It is designed for use in Lithium battery management systems and provides protection and intelligent charging control for Li-ion batteries. It has an integrated, high speed gate driver with current detection circuits, setting the voltage and charging current, and temperature ranges for safe charging and discharging. The IP2325_5M includes integrated over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature protections, and supports linear and path modulations for easy integration into lithium battery packs.
