Additional Infomation About Product

The 6N135SM is an optocoupler consisting of a source-side infra red light-emitting diode (LED) and a detector-side silicon NPN phototransistor, which are housed side-by-side within a single 8-pin surface-mount envelope. This Optocoupler SMD-8 RoHS model is manufactured by Isocom and carries the full safety approval of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive and is designed to provide electrical-isolating voltage between the input and output circuits in equipment, such as computers, power-supplies and controllers. It offers high current-transfer ratio (CTR) performance and has a wide operating-temperature range of -60 to +100°C. The 6N135SM is also lead-free and supplied in Tape-and-Reel.
