Additional Infomation About Product

The ISP817C is a single-channel photocoupler chip manufactured by Isocom, which consists of an infrared light-emitting diode (LED) and an NPN phototransistor in a 4-pin dual inline package (DIP-4). The device is made up of two optocouplers, which can be used to isolate signals from one circuit to another. It operates with a direct input voltage of 2 to 36 V, and provides an isolated output voltage of -12 to 12 V at a leakage current of =5 mA. The photocoupler is RoHS compliant and features negligible thermal resistance and an ultra-fast switching response time of 0.5 µs.
