The Isocom IS2701-1B with Optocouplers SOP-4_P2.54 RoHS is a surface-mounted optocoupler device with an isolation material rating of up to 5000 volts and 10µA minimum insulation resistance. Its input current and switching speed are around 500µA and 20ns respectively. The optocoupler's output contains a photo-diode, a transistor, and a base-drive transistor, all contained in a single SOP-4_P2.54 package. It is designed to help protect downstream circuits from high voltages and provide electrical isolation, while still allowing two-way communication.
