Opto The TLP621-2 is an optically-isolated photocoupler manufactured by Isocom Opto. It is a surface-mount, dual-channel device designed to provide a reliable electrical insulation barrier between two circuits. It features a high-efficiency GaAlAs infrared light-emitting diode which transmits light onto a phototransistor detector for solid isolation between two circuits. The optically-coupled isolation allows for a high-speed switching up to 100 kHz. It is RoHS-compliant and is available in a wide range of packing options.
