Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP621-2SM is a surface mount optocoupler manufactured by Isocom. This part consists of two elements, an infrared light-emitting diode (LED) and a photosensitive silicon-gate IC array. The LED is hermetically-sealed in a small 8-pin surface mount leadframe package and the receiver IC is encapsulated in a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound. The opto-isolated output is protected against static discharges and reflects high noise immunity. It is also RoHS compliant, meaning it does not contain any hazardous substances. The TLP621-2SM is designed for power supply circuits in LED display and printer applications, and for signal level isolation between digital and analog sections in various electronics systems.
