The IS25LP128F-JBLE is a 128 Megabit (Mb), 166 MHz Serial Flash Memory device manufactured by ISSI. It is a NOR Flash device with 2.3V to 3.6V VCC powers and 4-byte (32-bit) instructions. It has a page size of 256 bytes and a sector size of 4 Kilobytes (Kb). It supports 6-bit and 8-bit Dual-I/O and Quad I/O operation and is ideal for industrial, automotive and embedded applications. The device features 25MHz single-cycle read, 75MHz dual-I/O read, 95MHz quad-I/O read as well as 8MHz write speed. It supports IS25LQ128F instruction set, software write protection, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) Bus Interface, serial clock (SPI-selectable frequency), dual/quad I/O operations and features high endurance of up to 1, 000, 000 write/erase cycles. It also features a 100ps program/erase time. The device is available in an 8-pin SOIC package.
