IS25LQ040B-JNLE-TR is a 4Mb Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI) Flash Memory, manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution Incorporated (ISSI), in an 8-pin Small Outline Package (SOP) with a 150 mil lead pitch. The device is RoHS compliant, is provided in Tape and Reel (T&R) format, and is suitable for Automotive applications. This device is capable of transferring data at up to 133MHz, allowing for fast read from and write to the device. It features multi I/O with x 2, x 4, and x 8 interface, and offers up to 35msec erase time with up to 2Mbit write endurance. It can operate over a temperature range of –40°C to 125°C.
