IS25WP016D-JNLE is an 8-pin serial peripheral interface (SPI) compatible serial NOR Flash memory manufactured by ISSI. It offers a 16Mbit of memory organized in 131,072 words by 16 bits. It is packaged in SOP 150mil ET 1.65-1.95V package and features an industry-standard command set, a wide temperature range, and low power consumption.
