Additional Infomation About Product

The IXYS CLA100E1200HB is a Power Thyristor SCR in a TO247AD package. It is a four-terminal bidirectional switching device that is triggered by an external gate current, and it can be used for controlling large currents and voltages. This device can handle up to 1200V of peak off-state blocking voltage, and can handle up to 100A of nominal on-state current. The device is capable of fast turn-on and reverse operations with enhanced thermal performance. It offers very low power dissipation and high commutation rates.
