The IXYS DSS60-0045B is a dual 200V N-Channel MOSFET designed to handle high-voltage applications up to 600V. It offers a die size of 5.6mm x 7.2mm and is pre-tested for use with IXYS’s low-inductance switching systems. It has a total gate charge of 45nC, an RDS(on) of 45mOhm, an absolute maximum drain current of 6.0A, and a maximum power dissipation of 50W. The DSS60-0045B is capable of switching frequencies up to 350 kHz, making it suitable for many industrial power conversion systems such as charge pumps, motor drives, active front-end rectifiers, line-fed AC-DC converters, DC motors, and other high-power applications.
