The LCA146A is a part of IXYS’ family of IGBT high current gate drivers. It is designed to drive the gate of IXYS’s high current IGBTs and other insulated gate bipolar transistors, providing the necessary electrical and thermal insulation between the base and collector of the device. The LCA146A features a rugged design, a logic high and logic low input, and a logic high, logic low, and shorted output. It also has a wide range of supply voltages, rise and fall times, and a high drive current, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Additionally, the LCA146A is RoHS compliant for use in lead-free applications.
