LF2304N Half-Bridge Gate Driver Features Description The LF2304N is a high voltage, high speed gate driver D rives two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half- bridge configuration bridge configuration. The high voltage technology enables Floating high-side driver in bootstrap operation the LF2304Ns high side to switch to 600V in a bootstrap to 600V operation. 290mA source/600mA sink output current LF2304N logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL capability and CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with Outputs tolerant to negative transients controlling devices. The driver outputs feature high Internal logic and deadtime (100ns) to protect pulse current buffers designed for minimum driver cross MOSFETs conduction. An internal deadtime of 100ns protects high- Logic input (HIN and LIN) 3.3V capability voltage MOSFETs from shoot-through. Schmitt triggered logic inputs with internal LF2304N is offered in SOIC(N)-8 package and operates over pull down o o the extended temperature range of -40 C to +125 C.
