The BAT46WS is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) with a pre-assembled form factor in a SOD-323 package, compliant to RoHS regulations, manufactured by Jingdao. This diode uses a low voltage drop power conversion technology to produce an efficient and cost effective power supply solution. It has a built-in temperature coefficent, and is suitable for use in high temperature environments, as it has a high reliability level and superior ESD protection capabilities.
