This component is based on the principle of a Schottky diode which works by reducing forward voltage and maintains low forward voltage drop. The component features an average forward voltage drop of 0.2V, a continuous forward current rated for 2.0A and a maximum reverse leakage current of 5.0uA. It is housed in a TO-252-3L package and is manufactured according to RoHS requirements which has a lead-free solder coating which makes it reliable and environmentally friendly.
